We usually contact the customer up to 5 times during the day: twice in the morning, once around midday, and twice in the evening. We do our best to give every order a full opportunity to be confirmed so the seller does not lose a sales opportunity.

Orders reach the customer’s city in less than 24 hours in most cases, and delivery is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. If the customer cannot be reached, the CODPLUS team follows up on the order to help complete delivery as soon as possible.
No. You do not pay any fees on returned orders or orders that were not delivered. CODPLUS fees are charged only on orders successfully delivered to the customer.
